Stickhandling Drills 004 (Monday)

In todays drills we are focusing on saucing pucks to ourselves. We will be starting with toe drags and building steps along the way to being able to sauce the puck over a stick to ourselves! These drills are a little more advanced! But have fun with it! Start slow and build your confidence!

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: 2 Sticks & 1 Puck


Stickhandling Drills 005 (Wednesday)

Conditioning Day! Today is the day! Challenge yourself! Lets see how many times you can go around the 2 obstacles (2 extra pucks)! Go as fast as you can but remember to stay in control the whole time! We will be going 30 seconds on and 30 seconds off. I will tell you when to go and when to stop. Remember to Challenge yourself!

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: 1 Stick & 3 Pucks


Stickhandling Drills 006 (Friday)

Toe Drag FRIDAY! Todays set of drills are all about toe drags again! We will be focusing on doing toe drags at different angles. I will explain the benefits of why learning how to toe drag at different angles are crucial for your game! A Pro Tip to Scoring! Good Job this week so far! Keep up the Hard Work!
