Stickhandling Drills 001 (monday)

In todays drills we are focusing on the basics. You can never practice the basics enough. Working on the basics everyday will help you learn to control the puck. To be able to feel the puck on your stick at all times is the objective. Keeping your head up and involved in the game.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: 1 Stick & 1 Puck


Stickhandling Drills 002 (Wednesday)

Conditioning Day! Todays video we will be doing drills to condition your hands. We will be going hard for 30 seconds around 2 pucks. We will set these 2 pucks in multiple different spots. Don’t count how many times you go around the pucks. Today focus on going at a comfortable controlled but fast speed!

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: 1 Stick & 3 Pucks


Stickhandling Drills 003 (friday)

Toe Drags Only! Todays set of drills are all about toe drags. We will be focusing on doing forehand and backhand toe drags. We will set out an extra puck and be toe dragging around it at different spots around your body.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: 1 Stick & 2 Pucks
